REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS:
To qualify for the 50K category, a participant:
- Must have finished at least one half-marathon (21 Km) or longer race either on road or trail from January 2022 to July 2023. The result must be verifiable on the internet.
- Must be 18 years or older on race day. If under the age of 18, a written letter of consent from the parent or legal guardian is required.
- Must be physically fit to run and in good health condition, supported by a medical certificate not older than six (6) months upon submission on the race kit collection.
- Adhere to the GENERAL RACE RULES & REGULATIONS.

RACE MAP AND PROFILE
COURSE DESCRIPTION
The 50 Km is a challenging route that will start at Banaue Hotel. Runners will pass thru the extreme natural landscapes passing the great Ifugao villages and terraces built more than 2000 years ago and now declared as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
The route is a loop connecting some of the non-commercial routes and is new to all runners.
Runners will first run a 200-meter paved road before entering the rice fields of Tam-an Village. Get a glimpse of typical life and native houses around it. They will traverse the mountainside trails going to Poitan Village. At the center of the village is a large rock that is believed to be the dwelling place of the spirits of the villagers. This will be your loop point.
Runners will exit Poitan going to the highway, turn left, and make a right turn after 500 meters entering Bocos Village to pass Chapah Falls. They will take the 8 Km mountain side going to the featured terraces at our P20 bill at Ki-yang. Enter the forested area going to Banaue Ethnic Village before exiting the highway to reach Awan-igid.
Awan-igid is their gateway to the amazing Pula Village connecting the most visited villages of Cambulo and the so-called amphitheater of the Gods, Batad.
Reaching Batad Village in the daylight, only just in time to see the magnificent views of the tallest listed UNESCO Heritage site in Ifugao. They will go down the Naggol Village passing the most beautiful backgrounds part of the route until they reach Lanah at the highway turn right and enter Bangaan Village, also a UNESCO World Heritage site. The next villages are silent paradise until they made the loop to finish at Banaue Hotel.
We will have 5 Aid Stations and 3 Checkpoints along the route.
Cut-off:
Intermediate: 12:00 noon or 10 hours in Batad AS, Km-34.5
Final: 07:00 PM or 17 hours in Banaue Hotel, Km-54.6
